Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-6 years' experience working offshore with direct control of flowing subsea wells.
• Control room experience essential.
• Offshore production operating experience is crucial.
• Deepwater offshore experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of Permit to Work processes.
• Medically fit to offshore international standards such as ENG1 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Start up, operate, monitor, and shut down subsea well systems.
• Monitor and optimize key process parameters like flow, temperature, and pressure.
• Ensure sampling is performed and results acted upon promptly.
• Troubleshoot to enhance sales quality and maximize delivery volume.
• Maintain discharge water quality within SBMPC or local guidelines.
• Operate control panels and safety shutdown systems effectively.
• Submit accurate daily production reports as required.
• Witness third-party calibrations and ensure accuracy of meter factors.
• Prove export oil meters to validate measurements.
• Perform operations safely and in line with environmental standards.
• Test, calibrate, and maintain operational equipment as necessary.
• Handle mandatory reporting for customers and government agencies.
• Coordinate logistics and manage facility operations efficiently.
• Oversee chemical handling and treatment processes.
• Support maintenance operations according to safety protocols.
• Communicate hazards clearly to maintenance teams.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor activities effectively.
• Foster positive working relationships among team members.
