Job Description:

The Decision Intelligence Lead is a senior individual contributor on the Decision Modeling team responsible for helping solve complex supply chain problems through analytical thinking, business expertise, and practical execution.

This role partners closely with Supply Chain Strategy and business leaders to understand challenges, determine the most effective approach, and execute the analysis using the appropriate combination of existing models, analytical tools, AI capabilities, and rapid prototyping.

The ideal candidate has a strong supply chain background, excellent business judgment, and exceptional problem-solving skills. They naturally ask insightful questions, quickly understand new business challenges, and know when a directional analysis is sufficient versus when a more sophisticated analytical model should be developed.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic supply chain challenges and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Determine the most appropriate approach to answer a business question, balancing speed, accuracy, business value, implementation effort, and computational cost to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Execute analyses using the best available tools, including optimization models, AI-assisted development, SQL, simulations, or other analytical methods.
  • Develop new analytical solutions when existing capabilities do not adequately answer the business need.
  • Rapidly prototype solutions to support time-sensitive decisions while identifying opportunities for more scalable long-term capabilities.
  • Clearly communicate recommendations, assumptions, tradeoffs, and risks to business stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve how the team solves problems through new analytical methods, AI capabilities, and process improvements.
  • Share knowledge and help elevate analytical thinking across the Decision Modeling team.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience solving complex supply chain or operations problems.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and tradeoffs.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous business problems and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and analytical tools.

The TOOLS we would like you to have:
  • Experience with supply chain modeling, network design, inventory strategy, or operations consulting.
  • Experience using tools such as Databricks, optimization software (Llamasoft, Optilogic, Decision Spot, ...), Power BI, or AI-assisted analytics.
  • Experience developing analytical notebooks, simulations, or decision-support tools.

We provide these great perks and benefits:
  • Robust health, dental and vision insurance plans
  • Generous 401 (K) savings plan
  • Education assistance
  • On-site wellness, fitness center, food, and coffee service
