What You'll Do: - Develop and maintain commercial revenue forecasting models that support product launch planning, lifecycle management, portfolio strategy, business development evaluations, and long-range planning.
- Build patient-based, patient-flow, analog-based, and scenario planning forecasts using diverse data sources and market inputs.
- Analyze key forecast drivers, assess risks and opportunities, and evaluate business scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
- Leverage advanced analytical techniques and quantitative methods to solve complex business problems.
- Design and execute custom analyses using modern analytical tools and technologies to address client needs.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, align assumptions, and support forecast development and planning activities.
- Support forecast governance processes, forecast reviews, and forecast performance assessments.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations for client and internal teams.
- Create high-quality project deliverables, analytical models, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
- Manage specific workstreams, monitor project progress, and provide timely updates to clients and project teams.
- Contribute to the development of reusable methodologies, automation solutions, and innovative forecasting capabilities.
- Guide and mentor Associates while contributing to team development and capability building.
What You'll Bring: - Bachelor's or master's degree with a strong record of academic achievement in quantitative disciplines such as Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in analytics, consulting, revenue forecasting, commercial forecasting, market research, commercial operations, or related analytical fields. A PhD may substitute for professional experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business questions and develop analytical approaches.
- Knowledge of commercial forecasting methodologies including patient-based forecasting, patient-flow forecasting, analog forecasting, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare commercial dynamics, including product launches, treatment pathways, competitive landscapes, pricing and access considerations, and market evolution.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets and generating business insights.
- Proficiency in analytical and visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
