- Develop and apply advanced statistical and data methodologies to support clinical development, biometrics, and regulatory decision-making.
- Partner with clients to define and implement end-to-end clinical data strategies, from data acquisition through submission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (clinical operations, biostatistics, data management, regulatory) to ensure data is structured, standardized, and analysis-ready.
- Design and execute analyses using tools such as R, SAS, and Excel, with a focus on clinical trial data and biometrics use cases.
- Support the development and optimization of clinical data workflows, operating models, and governance frameworks.
- Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of clinical data systems, including EDC platforms (e.g., Medidata Rave) and downstream data environments.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards (e.g., CDISC, SDTM) and regulatory requirements for clinical data submission.
- Synthesize and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex clinical data into actionable recommendations.
- Develop strong client relationships and serve as a key point of contact for clinical data and biometrics-related workstreams.
- Provide regular project updates, manage deliverables, and ensure high-quality execution across engagements.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building internal capabilities in clinical data management and biometrics.
What You'll Bring - Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative or life sciences field such as biostatistics, epidemiology, data science, health sciences, or engineering.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in clinical data management, biometrics, or clinical trial analytics; experience at a pharma/biotech company or CRO strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the clinical data lifecycle, including data collection, cleaning, standardization, and regulatory submission.
- Hands-on experience with clinical data standards (e.g., CDISC, SDTM) and familiarity with data governance and metadata management practices.
- Experience working with electronic data capture (EDC) systems such as Medidata Rave or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of tools such as SAS, R, or Excel, with less emphasis on pure modeling and more on applied clinical data use.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to translate clinical data needs into scalable solutions.
- High motivation, strong work ethic, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex clinical data concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and regulatory compliance.
- Empathy, adaptability, and emotional intelligence when working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
