Kia of Lynchburg is seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Manager to join our team in Lynchburg, VA.
Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the parts department to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate timely orders with suppliers.
- Train and supervise parts department staff, fostering a productive and customer-focused environment.
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Analyze departmental performance and develop strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements- Proven experience in parts management within an automotive dealership or similar retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory control, and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in automotive management is a plus.
