Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the dealership's finance department
- Work with customers to secure financing for vehicle purchases
- Offer and sell insurance and warranty programs to customers
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Train and mentor finance department staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability
Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in automotive finance
- Strong understanding of dealership finance processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Dealertrack & Routeone Proficient
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance software
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (preferred)
