Full Job Description
Compensation is a mix of salary and commission based at approximately 10-12% of monthly F&I income. We are looking for a good all around finance manager who can multi-task and help with any other sales management areas as needed.

We need an F&I manager to prepare complete/correct paperwork AND have strong TO/F&I sales skills. The deal structuring/approvals are primarily completed by the desk at the time of sale. The finance manager focus is primarily on product sales and paperwork completion. Please be prepared to discuss past sales performance numbers.

We are looking for an experienced F&I Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry and a passion for customer service. The F&I Manager will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of customer purchases, including negotiating and closing deals, processing paperwork, and providing customers with information about financing options. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a fast-paced and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
