Job Overview:
The Network Development Residential Team Director is responsible for the oversight and management of approximately fifty agencies providing residential placement and other specialized placement services. The Director has oversight of a team of ten individuals managing the referral and admission of youth to these programs and has the primary responsibility for managing the Department's relationship with the agency and their leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
The Director serves as the primary contact with their peers in regional operations and statewide services and is responsible for coordinating placement and support with and for the other Network Development functional areas.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and experience equivalent to five years of professional work in one or a combination of the following:
- counseling or case management services
- program evaluation
- education
- auditing
- accounting
- business/process improvement
And/or
- social services grant coordination
At least four years of this experience must have been in:
- children or juvenile services program evaluation
- case review work
or
- process improvement (such as LEAN or Six Sigma certification) in any field listed above.
