We are a rapidly growing team seeking a qualified
Dayforce Senior Consultant.
The selected individual will support client implementations as a Dayforce Implementation Consultant, responsible for discovery, requirements documentation, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. This role requires a self-starter who can partner closely with project leadership and client stakeholders to deliver desired future-state processes and system outcomes.
As a Dayforce Senior Consultant, you will lead and support the implementation, optimization, and sustainment of Dayforce HCM solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end Dayforce implementations (discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support)
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and design meetings to document business requirements and align them with Dayforce functionality
- Configure Dayforce modules such as:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Time & Attendance
- Scheduling / Workforce Management
- Recruiting
- Onboarding
- Performance
- Compensation
- Learning
- Reporting & Analytics
- Support testing efforts including unit testing, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Assist with cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, integration and data migration teams, and client stakeholders
- Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions effectively
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery methodology and knowledge sharing
- Provide guidance on Dayforce best practices and organizational readiness
Basic Qualifications- Minimum 2+ years of experience in:
- Human Resources
- Payroll
- Benefits administration
- or related functional areas
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices, including processes, systems, and policy alignment
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and stay current with HR trends
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Word
- PowerPoint
- Smartsheet
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience implementing Dayforce and/or other enterprise HCM platforms (SaaS)
- Hands-on experience with Dayforce implementations highly preferred
- Strong understanding of HR systems, workforce management, and payroll processes
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS/HCM configuration and solution design
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend solutions
- Structured approach to project delivery including milestones, timelines, testing, and deliverables
- Ability to build strong relationships and serve as a trusted client advisor
- Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Proven initiative and ability to independently manage workstreams
- Industry experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or retail
- Dayforce certifications (Core, Payroll, WFM, Benefits, Talent) preferred
- Experience with:
- Reporting and analytics
- Data validation and audits
- Integration troubleshooting (SQL, XML, APIs)

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $85,100 - $161,700
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
