POSITION SUMMARYRP SMIL is seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to join our well-established, multi-specialty practice in Scottsdale, AZ!
- Strong procedural skills and expertise in performing a wide range of interventional procedures. Advanced procedures range from bleeding management to atherectomy, kyphoplasty and more.
- Majority of work to be in IR (minimum 80%)
- Locally managed AI-enabled IT Platform with 24x7 IT support and a dedicated communications team, which includes Radiologist Support Coordinators (RSCs).
- PowerScribe, InteleRad, and Epic support an efficient, connected workflow across reporting, imaging, and clinical systems
- No Mammography, Nuclear Medicine or MSK responsibility
- Shift assignment, call responsibility, and vacation allotment are all shared equally
- Partnership track offered + additional shareholder opportunity with the physician owned SMIL Outpatient Imaging Centers

In addition to owning and operating nearly 20 outpatient imaging centers in the Valley, we serve a healthcare network consisting of 6 hospitals. - Board Eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
- Interventional Radiology fellowship or Integrated IR residency required
- Competitive salary, benefits with options to increase income with a unique flexible compensation plan
COMPENSATION:The salary range for this position is $550,000-$700,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
