Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client, ensuring alignment on development goals and strategic direction.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client communications and decision-making support.
  • Provide leadership and oversight across all functional areas within the project team.
  • Set clear expectations and monitor team performance against assigned scope areas.
  • Foster collaboration and accountability across disciplines.
  • Monitor contractor progress and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, particularly for CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) works.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and track contractor submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports including daily logs, weekly updates, and monthly progress summaries.
  • Maintain and update the project risk register and issue logs.
  • Coordinate closely with client operations and other stakeholders to minimize disruption during construction.
  • Facilitate contractor meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support the Project Lead in stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and strategic decision-making

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing detailed reports, interacting with stakeholders, and Advanced verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.


Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time role is $275K - $300K CAD per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
