GreenXT is seeking a
Database / Information Technical Analyst to support our Navy customer within PEO SHIPS Acquisition Management (AM).
This role supports the Navy's Acquisition Management Information System (AMIS), iNAVSEA SharePoint, and related government information systems used to manage Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE), and acquisition documentation. The analyst will provide database management, technical data analytics, information system troubleshooting, and metrics/reporting support across NAVSEA systems.
This position requires strong technical data analytics experience, familiarity with Navy enclaves, and the ability to interface with NAVSEA CIO (SEA-00I), DTIC, and NMCI support teams.
Job Responsibilities: - Maintain, update, and troubleshoot AMIS, iNAVSEA SharePoint, and other NAVSEA information systems used for acquisition management.
- Support database structures, queries, and data integrity across GFE/CFE tracking systems.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Access, SharePoint lists, and other structured data repositories.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability across multiple government systems.
- Perform technical data analytics to support acquisition reporting, GFE/CFE delivery tracking, and program metrics.
- Build and maintain dashboards, pivot tables, linked spreadsheets, and automated reports.
- Analyze system data to identify trends, discrepancies, and risks for government review.
- Support development of acquisition metrics for PEO SHIPS AM leadership.
- Provide Windows 10 and NMCI-related troubleshooting within the acquisition environment.
- Resolve information management issues through coordination with:
- NAVSEA Chief Information Office (SEA-00I)
- Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC)
- NMCI / Navy enclave support teams
- Support ticket creation, tracking, and resolution for system access, permissions, and data issues.
- Communicate daily with government acquisition management teams.
- Provide clear, structured status updates on database issues, data analytics outputs, and system performance.
- Participate in technical discussions, working groups, and coordination meetings related to AMIS, iNAVSEA, and GFE/CFE data management.
- Manage customer expectations through disciplined task execution and timely issue resolution.
- Prepare technical notes, system troubleshooting documentation, and database configuration updates.
- Maintain accurate records of system changes, data corrections, and analytics outputs.
- Support government reporting requirements by generating acquisition-aligned data products.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related technical discipline.
- 8 years of relevant experience in database management, technical data analytics, or information systems support.
- Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance is required for this position
- Experience communicating with government stakeholders.
- Experience supporting Navy enclaves, NMCI, or NAVSEA information systems.
- Experience with AMIS, iNAVSEA SharePoint, or other NAVSEA enterprise systems.
- Experience supporting PEO SHIPS or other Navy acquisition organizations.
- Familiarity with GFE/CFE tracking processes.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel (pivot tables, linked workbooks), and structured data management.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 information systems management.
- Ability to troubleshoot information management issues and resolve tickets.
- Knowledge of web-based databases and Navy enclave environments.
- Ability to interpret technical data and translate it into acquisition-relevant reporting.
