Qualifications

• 5-7 years of leadership experience in Data Architecture with high-level collaboration between teams to standardize data strategies.
• 5+ years of experience developing Reference Architectures and managing architectural integrity within a large enterprise.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience driving RFP processes for Data Platform Technologies and promoting innovation in data management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Familiarity with Data Lake, Delta Lake, EDP, Data Warehousing, and Databricks is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Data Architects and collaborate with Enterprise Architects to align data strategies with business needs.
• Develop and maintain Reference Architectures and an Architecture Patterns Library to support enterprise data integrity.
• Conduct Architectural Reviews to identify and manage exceptions within the Enterprise Data Platform.
• Drive the RFP process to select and implement Data Platform Technologies that foster innovation.
• Cultivate a culture of data-driven decision-making through the establishment of Communities of Practice.
