Position SummaryAminad is looking for a Data Visualization Analyst who transforms complex data into clear, compelling, and actionable visual insights that support business decision-making. This role partners with client stakeholders across to understand reporting needs, develop dashboards and visualizations, and communicate key trends, patterns, and opportunities through effective storytelling with data.
Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence and data visualization tools, specifically PowerBI.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, meaningful visual representations tailored to diverse audiences.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and define reporting objectives.
- Develop automated data pipelines to consolidate data from various environments for analysis and visualization.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and visualizations.
- Create standardized reporting frameworks, templates, and data visualization best practices.
- Present findings and recommendations through visual storytelling techniques that support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business teams to improve data accessibility and usability.
- Monitor dashboard performance and implement enhancements based on user feedback.
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, reports, data sources, and reporting processes.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 Years of experience creating dashboards and data visualizations in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting methodologies, and data visualization principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation techniques.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into business-friendly insights.

- Secondary repairables (any service)
- Navy ERP familiarity
