We are looking for an execution-focused, AI-fluent transformation professional to lead the BC&S AI transformation agenda - from strategic vision to measurable business value. Based in Plano, Texas, this individual contributor role serves as the central integrator across strategy, execution, adoption, and governance, translating the BC&S AI vision into prioritized use cases, actionable roadmaps, and scalable outcomes across global teams.
What you will do- Translate the BC&S AI vision into practical execution roadmaps tied to measurable outcomes
- Maintain a centralized AI roadmap across BC&S domains, including milestones, dependencies, owners, and risks
- Drive portfolio prioritization based on business value, feasibility, adoption readiness, and time to impact
- Serve as the coordination point across BC&S, IT, Finance, AI hubs, and market areas
- Design and facilitate structured workshops to define AI vision, use cases, and execution plans
- Establish governance forums, prioritization boards, and progress reporting routines
- Lead change management and learning activities to support adoption of AI-enabled ways of working
- Manage execution cadence, track progress, surface risks, and support timely decision-making
- Provide practical guidance on AI capability, responsible use, scalability, and business fit
The skills you bring- 10+ years of experience in transformation, strategy execution, program orchestration, or portfolio management
- Strong understanding of AI, data, and analytics and how technology enables business transformation
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across business, IT, finance, sourcing, and global teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience with senior leaders and distributed teams
- Ability to evaluate AI use cases based on value, feasibility, risk, and adoption readiness
- Experience in finance, sourcing, business control, or enterprise transformation (preferred)
- Familiarity with platforms such as Snowflake/Cortex, SAP BDC, Microsoft Copilot, or cloud BI tools (preferred)
- PMI, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent transformation certification is a plus

Your PayThe salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions of 4%. Your TimeYour work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
