Responsibilities
Responsibilities - Inform, influence, support, and execute our product decisions through data. - Research applied data science questions in our ads system to improve prediction accuracy, develop data-driven go-to-mark strategies, and drive advertiser value. - Work closely with engineering and product teams to develop hypotheses, run experiments and prototype new product ideas. - Collaborate with data engineering teams to build/maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of our products, provide insights and identify new opportunities. - Apply technical expertise with quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and the presentation of data to develop an understanding of the ads targeting/auction/delivery system, analyze current performance and identify opportunities to improve the system.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience working in an analytics organization, ideally in Tech industry leading companies, especially in the advertising area - Advanced degree (PhD, MS or BS) in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or other quantitative fields - Sustained track record of driving business value and improving product with data insights, especially in advertising, growth, marketing or relevant domains. - Experience with ML and statistical knowledge, fluency in Python, SQL, Scala or other programming languages. Preferred Qualifications: - Be intellectually curious, a great communicator, data-driven, a fast learner and able to move fast while keeping focused on high impact projects

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $179200 - $292600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
