The annual base salary range for this role is $119,000-$140,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
Required Skills- Big Data Platform Management: Hands-on experience administering, optimizing, and maintaining scalable Big Data architecture and distributed data platforms.
- Programming Proficiency: Strong development skills in core data languages (such as Python, Java, Scala, or C++) to build automation, pipelines, and analytical tools.
- Algorithm Development & Refinement: Proven capability to design, prototype, refine, and deploy custom algorithms for complex data processing and analytical workflows.
- Data Visualization & Analytics: Demonstrated skill in transforming complex analytical results into clear, actionable data visual representations, dashboards, and reports.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, PLUS
3+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or technical analysis OR
Master's Degree in a related field, PLUS
1+ years of professional experience OR
High School Diploma / GED, PLUS
7+ years of relevant hands-on technical experience in lieu of a degree.
Desired SkillsExperience with modern distributed frameworks and data visualization tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Grafana, Kibana, Tableau, or custom D3.js/Web front-ends).
Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning concepts, and performance tuning for high-throughput data pipelines.
Excellent collaborative communication skills and a passion for turning complex technical outcomes into clear visual narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
