Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or equivalent, with hands-on experience in ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Designing and deploying ML models in production environments.
• Strong data engineering skills, including SQL and ETL processes.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with military logistics data systems is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles and model governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for Marine Corps logistics applications.
• Build predictive models for readiness forecasting and supply chain optimization.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and analytics platforms for logistics data.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing logistics systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data management goals.
• Conduct statistical analysis on complex datasets to identify actionable insights.
• Support data governance frameworks including quality and security standards.
