Job Summary:We are seeking a Data Scientist to join the AI Center of Excellence team.
This role involves designing and deploying AI/ML solutions that enhance customer experience, drive personalization, and support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have experience in statistical analysis, machine learning, and cloud-based deployment, along with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Research, prototype, and develop AI/ML solutions for personalized systems and user experiences.
- Build, deploy, and analyze AI models and conduct statistical experiments to validate performance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, libraries, and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, product, and systems design.
- Deliver high-quality research and engineering solutions on time.
Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in statistical data science techniques, feature engineering, and customer segmentation.
- 2+ years of experience with SQL, PySpark, and Python.
- 2+ years of experience training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models.
- Experience productionizing ML workloads in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
- Familiarity with containerized application tooling and deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with the Databricks platform.
- Experience building ML models using large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
