Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Data Scientist to support Data & AI initiatives across our twelve offices in the Southeast. You are a talented and disciplined individual that is passionate about monitoring, troubleshooting issues and deploying solutions. You are experienced, detail-oriented, focused on security, able to work independently as well as in our team environment, possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks, have excellent communication skill and a willingness to work in the office and travel between all our offices in the region as needed.

A Day in the Life:
  • Coordinate development of use cases for firmwide Data & AI Initiatives across the firm. Present use cases to leadership, report on progress and assist in the deployment of use cases with practice teams.
  • Champion data science efforts and stay abreast of current advancements in data science and AI.
  • Identifies trends, patterns, and anomalies found in big data sets by performing extensive data analysis to develop insights.
  • Performs data mining, cleaning, and aggregation processes to prepare data, implement data models, conduct analysis, and develop databases.
  • Interprets results from multiple structured and unstructured data sources using programming, statistical, and analytical techniques and tools.
  • Collaborates with teams to understand each data analysis projects' underlying purpose, focus, and objectives.
  • Designs, develops, and implements the most valuable data-driven solutions for the organization.

What You Bring To The Table:
  • Degree in Computer Science, data analytics, or similar role in a progressive working environment; familiarity of the AEC industry is preferred
