Job SummaryUnlock the power of data to drive business growth. KEDPLASMA is seeking a Data Scientist to develop advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions that improve donor engagement, optimize operations, and support strategic decision-making. In this role, you will partner with leaders across the business to transform complex data into insights that drive measurable results.
What you'll do- Develop and deploy machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI-driven solutions that support key business objectives.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Build forecasting and scenario-planning models to support donor flow, plasma collection, capacity planning, and other business initiatives.
- Create and automate dashboards, reports, KPIs, and visualizations that enable data-driven decisions.
- Design, execute, and evaluate experiments and A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of marketing, donor, and operational programs.
- Develop predictive and segmentation models that improve donor acquisition, retention, engagement, and targeting strategies.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to solve business challenges using data and analytics.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
- Evaluate emerging AI and analytics technologies and identify opportunities to improve automation and business performance.
- Support strategic initiatives through business case analysis, performance measurement, and data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence, IT, and data teams to maximize the value of enterprise data assets.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Enhance scalable models, analytics frameworks, and reporting solutions that support continuous improvement.
Qualifications and need-to-know- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, business intelligence, forecasting, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
- Experience developing machine learning models, predictive analytics, and advanced analytical solutions.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement techniques.
- Experience working with large datasets from multiple data sources.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, plasma collection, consumer analytics, marketing analytics, or other regulated industries preferred.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
