Responsibilities

What you'll be able to do:

Data Scientist - positions offered by Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, Michigan). Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned worksite. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance from the worksite. Leading the development and delivery of a suite of GenAI applications in support of the global marketing organization. Architecting and integrating complex novel data science algorithms into the fabric of these end user applications. Ensuring application performance and adhering to enterprise compliance and best practice development standards. Mentoring junior data scientists.

Qualifications

You'll have...

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science and Business Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. 4 years of experience with each of the following skills is required: 1. Programming languages such as Python and SQL skills. 2. Data science libraries and frameworks (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow or PyTorch, Pandas). 3. Advanced statistical modeling, machine learning techniques (regression, classification, forecasting, causal inference). 4. Cloud platforms ( Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure), including building data processing pipelines (Spark, Dataflow) and utilizing managed machine learning services. 5. A/B testing design, implementation, and analysis, as well as experimental design methodologies. 6. MLOps practices, including model deployment, versioning, and automated monitoring in production environments. 3 years of experience with each of the following skills is required: 1. GenAI and machine learning.

We are offering a salary of $128,710.00 - $186,624.00/yr.
