As a Data Science Analyst reporting to the VP - Client Success Management, you'll play a critical role in transforming complex customer and product data into actionable insights that shape product strategy, enhance customer experience, and inform roadmap decisions. You'll work across diverse and evolving data sources to build scalable analytical frameworks and translate findings into clear, data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities- Design scalable analytical frameworks to evaluate diverse datasets across customer, product, and operations domains.
- Aggregate and harmonize structured and unstructured data into unified customer insight models.
- Build, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models to identify patterns in sentiment, feature demand, and churn risk.
- Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights that inform product prioritization and roadmap decisions.
- Partner with Product, UX, and Customer Success teams to define key experience metrics and develop dashboards that provide real-time visibility into customer trends.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong experience analyzing large, complex datasets (structured and unstructured).
- Proven ability to develop and apply machine learning models in a product or customer analytics context.
- Expertise in data visualization and dashboarding tools.
- Clear communicator with the ability to translate technical insights into business impact for diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in product analytics, customer experience, or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and sentiment analysis techniques.
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern data infrastructure.
This position will be located in San Francisco, CA or Boston, MA and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $95,000 - $166,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
