Key Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
- You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Expert proficiency in Databricks Platform and Mulesoft Platform is required.
- Architecture and Informatica PowerCenter is suggested.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and service quality.
- Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and expectations.
- Champion innovative solutions that optimize operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Mandatory skills Globalscape to manage MFT.
Education:
- High School Diploma / GED
