Job Summary

The Data Modeling Analyst supports the development and modeling of data products within the organization's analytics environment. This role focuses on applying data warehouse modeling techniques to structure, organize, and optimize data for analytics and business intelligence use cases. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with data modeling and data warehouse concepts and has contributed to building or enhancing data products in an analytics environment. The candidate should be comfortable translating analytical requirements into well-structured data models and working closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain data models supporting analytics and data products.
• Apply data warehouse modeling techniques to organize and structure data effectively.
• Assist with the design, development, and enhancement of data products within the analytics environment.
• Partner with data and analytics teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable models.
• Help ensure data models support accurate, reliable, and accessible reporting and analytics.
• Contribute to improving data structures and modeling practices as analytics needs evolve.

Required Qualifications
• Experience with data modeling and data warehouse modeling techniques.
• Experience assisting with the development and modeling of data products.
• Understanding of analytics environments and how data is structured to support reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with data, analytics, and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with modern cloud data warehouse platforms.
• Experience working with dimensional modeling, star schemas, or related data warehouse methodologies.
• Experience supporting business intelligence, reporting, or analytics initiatives.
• Familiarity with SQL and data transformation concepts.
• Experience working in an Agile or collaborative data development environment.
