As a Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor supporting Data Management & Reporting within DS&I, you will build trusted analytics, solve challenging data questions, and shape decisions that improve operational performance. Responsibilities
  • Design standardized performance analytics that align DS&I priorities with enterprise goals and guide timely decisions.
  • Build measurement frameworks, data definitions, and methods that improve the consistency and trustworthiness of reporting.
  • Develop and automate Tableau dashboards that turn complex data into clear insights and recommended actions.
  • Partner with business leaders to define key questions, translate needs into analytical solutions, and measure results.
  • Evaluate trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers through root-cause, variance, and operational analysis.
  • Use advanced SQL to validate results, investigate data issues, and analyze information across multiple sources.
  • Apply SAS, Altair, or Python to prepare data, automate work, and solve complex analytical problems.
  • Resolve reporting, data quality, and measurement issues in partnership with IT and cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver executive-ready reporting that highlights results, risks, business impact, and practical next steps.
  • Create reusable templates and clear documentation that strengthen quality, accuracy, and team capabilities.
  • Manage priorities independently while meeting commitments and building trusted stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications - Required
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or another data-focused field.
  • Advanced Tableau experience, including personally designing and developing dashboards and visual analytics solutions.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis across multiple data sources.
  • Experience using SAS, Altair, or Python for analytics, data preparation, automation, or complex problem-solving.
  • Experience designing operational KPIs, performance reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated success investigating data, reporting, and measurement issues and driving them to resolution.
  • Ability to perform root-cause, trend, and variance analysis and turn findings into business recommendations.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.
  • Ability to manage complex analytical work independently with sound judgment and accountability.

Qualifications - Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, information systems, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Healthcare or payer analytics experience involving claims, membership, clinical operations, utilization management, provider data, or regulatory reporting.
  • Experience supporting executive reporting and operational performance management.
  • Experience improving data quality, reporting infrastructure, or analytical processes.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,700 - 161,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
