Qualifications

• BS degree with 2+ years of related experience or 4 years experience without a degree
• Must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain a public trust clearance
• Experience in metadata management or library/information science processes
• Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail regarding metadata accuracy
• Excellent written communication skills for cross-department collaboration

Responsibilities

• Monitor intake queues and shared drives for daily incoming GAO products
• Maintain the Master Reports List using various sources
• Coordinate with relevant teams on product issue dates or discrepancies
• Create product records for standard and special audit publications
• Attach all necessary related files to each product record
• Apply SOPs specific to various product types including testimonies and graphics
• Review metadata for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate file associations
• Provide feedback to indexers to resolve discrepancies
• Manage daily ServiceNow tickets, creating and closing tickets as per workflow
