Infosys Public Services is seeking a . This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications: - Candidate must be located within commuting distance in Ottawa, ON or be willing to relocate to the area.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Job Description:The Data Governance SME provides strategic guidance and advisory expertise to support data governance, data quality, data access, data visibility, and information management initiatives within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments. The resource will advise project teams on establishing governance frameworks, policies, standards, controls, and best practices that ensure data is accurate, secure, accessible, and aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements. The role supports business stakeholders, solution teams, and governance committees in enabling trusted, high-quality data to support operational effectiveness, reporting, analytics, and decision-making. The RFS requires a resource with expertise and at least five (5) years of experience in data quality, access, and visibility, in an advisory role.
Preferred Qualifications: - Provide advisory services related to data governance, data quality, data stewardship, and information management.
- Develop and recommend data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices.
- Advise on strategies to improve data quality, consistency, accuracy, completeness, and integrity across Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Support initiatives related to data access, data visibility, metadata management, and data lifecycle management.
- Assess data governance risks and provide recommendations for mitigation and compliance.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data ownership, stewardship responsibilities, and governance processes.
- Support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives through effective governance of enterprise data assets.
- Provide recommendations for data migration, data cleansing, data retention, and data archival practices.
- Assist with establishing governance controls that align with privacy, security, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Support the development of data quality monitoring, measurement, and continuous improvement processes.
- Contribute to governance reporting, stakeholder communications, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data governance, data quality, data access, and data visibility initiatives in an advisory role.
- Demonstrated expertise in data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Experience advising organizations on data quality improvement and data management strategies.
- Strong understanding of data stewardship, metadata management, master data management, and data lifecycle management.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, enterprise data platforms, and reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience supporting public sector data governance programs and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Azure Data Services, Dataverse, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Familiarity with data architecture, data integration, business intelligence, and analytics solutions.
- Experience implementing data quality assessment and monitoring frameworks.
- Relevant data management or governance certifications (DAMA CDMP, DGSP, or equivalent).
- Proven experience establishing or supporting data governance programs and governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting enterprise reporting, data management, and information governance initiatives.
- Experience providing strategic advice for data governance and management activities as part of vendor advisory services. Data Governance and Management advisory services specifically include strategic advice on data quality, access, and visibility.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:In Mississauga, ON: $92,740 to $123,375.
