WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Data Fusion Center Technician to support Marine Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC) within the United States Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM).
The Data Fusion Center Technician supports the MARFORPAC Data Fusion Center (DFC) in real-world operations, crisis response, training, and exercise events. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support for Command and Control (C2) systems and Common Operating Picture (COP) capabilities that enable operational awareness and informed decision-making. This position is critical to ensuring system availability, data integrity, and continuous mission support in dynamic operational environments.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Operating and support Command and Control systems, including but not limited to: Global Command and Control System-Joint (GCCS-J), Joint Range Extension Applications Protocol (JREAP), Agile Client.
- Continuously monitoring the status and performance of: COP servers, COP Sync Tools (CST) connections, Link Monitoring and Management Tool (LMMT) connections, VMware environment sustainability, Daily COP and JREAP operations.
- Performing continuous COP database management, including validation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitoring real-time data streams and identify system, connectivity, or synchronization issues.
- Assisting with incident analysis, operational reporting, and documentation of system performance or outages.
- Updating and maintaining Data Fusion Center documents using groupware applications and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Coordinating with military, joint, and other mission personnel to support operational data sharing and situational awareness.
- Providing watch floor support during routine operations, exercises, and crisis events.
- Documenting issues, resolutions, and turnover notes to support continuity across watch rotations.
- Maintaining reliable C2 and COP capabilities, quickly identifying and resolving technical issues, supporting accurate real-time operational awareness, and ensuring mission stakeholders have the systems and information they need to make timely decisions.
- Monitoring COP servers and data connections during a watch shift and resolving synchronization issues before they affect operations.
- Validating daily COP and JREAP management processes to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Supporting exercise or crisis-response events by maintaining GCCS-J and Agile Client availability.
- Documenting system incidents, updating operational logs, and briefing follow-on personnel during watch turnover.
- Maintaining DFC reference materials, SOPs, and reports using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
This position is contingent on award.
Anticipated salary range: $100,000-$120,000
TRAVEL- 11-20% / Occasional travel.
Work Environment- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional loud noise (airfield, large equipment).

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree //OR// an Associate's degree with fourteen (14) years of relevant experience.
- Eight (8) years of relevant experience supporting a U.S. military branch (Navy, Army, Marine Corps, Air Force, or Coast Guard) in Command and Control systems support.
- Current, active secret security clearance.

- Direct experience supporting mission-critical systems in an operational or military environment.
- Ability to work shift schedules in an 8-hour watch rotation.
- Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

- Valid driver's license (proof of which will be required after hire) and ability to qualify for and maintain company liability insurance through a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications- Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Direct experience in intelligence, operations, fusion center, or criminal justice-related environments.
- Working knowledge of COP management, database support, tactical data systems, or surveillance-related technologies.
- Direct experience with specialized C2, analytical, or operational software platforms.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially in high-tempo operational settings.
