Job Title:Data Entry Representative

Responsibilities

* Accurately input, update, and maintain a high volume of data in our real estate databases and systems.
* Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents.
* Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.
* Organise and manage electronic files and documents with a high degree of precision.
* Handle confidential client and property information with the utmost discretion and in compliance with data protection policies.
* Collaborate with real estate advisors and other team members to ensure data is current and accessible.
* Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular data quality checks.
