Insight Global is hiring a Tech Lead over Data Engineering for a top financial client in the Des Moines area. This person will spend 40% of their time leading the team, guiding design and bringing features to provision. They will ensure efficiencies and upgrades for systems and data flows. 40% of their time will be spent hands on development in data platforms. They will need to understand architecture and integrations and be able to partner closely with the Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analyst and Solutions Architect and relay information back to the team. The annual salary for this role is between $130,000-140,000/yr.
