We are seeking a highly motivated Test & Evaluation Data
Engineering/Analysis Liaison to join our dynamic team in the Defense industry. This role is critical in bridging information flow between our flight test engineering and data analysis teams, ensuring that data is effectively utilized throughout the testing and evaluation phases of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent communication skills, allowing them to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights. You will be responsible for managing the integrity of data generated from various testing processes, ensuring it meets the required standards and guidelines. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, streamline data collection processes, and enhance data analysis methodologies. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to the successful execution of testing programs, ensuring that all findings are accurately reported and that lessons learned are integrated into future projects. Responsibilities

• Coordinate data analysis requirements from Mission Systems Flight Test Engineers to Instrumentation and Datacollection/reduction/analysis team members.
• Coordinate tool development status, data processing status, and analysis results from Data Team to Flight Test Engineering team.
• Assist engineers in defining, planning, and organizing data requirements.
• Assist Data Team in designing, developing, and modifying data reduction tools and processes.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data engineering, analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.

Salary Range
80K-150K and will commensurate with experience
