Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree - Computer Science or a minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, SQL, and/or ETL development.
- Proficiency in data warehousing/business intelligence development/data modeling.
- 3+ years' experience building large scale data sources in Oracle or equivalent relational database.
- 3+ years' experience using API platforms such as MuleSoft / APIGee and ELT platform such as Matillion or Informatica.
- Have excellent SQL skills with PL/SQL development experience.
- Hands-on development experience using an ETL tool; Oracle Data Integrator preferred.
- Hands-on development experience with Oracle Cloud reporting and data replication; Business Intelligence Cloud Connector Console, BI Publisher, and OTBI preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with BI reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI.
- Programming skills: Java, Scala, Python.
- Expertise with CI/CD pipeline and integration tools e.g., Jenkins, GIT.
- Understand an analytics platform, its use-cases, and best practices.
- Experience working with different types of data stores (RDMS, Flat Files, Columnar DBs, etc.)
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, data lakes, and data vault.
- Experience with Cloud-based environment, Saas.
- Experience with any of the cloud warehousing products e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.
- Experience with MS Power Platform.
- Experience working with cloud environments Azure.
- Experience in designing Data Architecture and pipelines.
- Proficient in performance tuning and debugging.
- Experience required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
- Travel - up to 10% of the time. (domestic and international)

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $91,200.00 to $114,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What will you be doing? As a Senior Data Engineer, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of solution architects and data scientists on a wide range of business problems. You will be an integral part of the IT HCM Analytics team, who is responsible for building out capabilities across business strategy, analytics, and Cloud.
The role's primary focus will be on architecting and maintaining our data pipeline and ETL processes, building integrations, and developing complex data models to foster data-driven decision making across all functional areas.
Data Engineer must be able to:

Responsibilities: - Support our Analytics partners embedded in the business, providing data to analysts across the company.

- Support and debug issues in production environment and be part of production support, across several reporting toolsets.
