WHAT WILL YOU DO: 2Ensure that customer requirements are delivered on time. 2Be responsible for inputting, monitoring, and managing deliverables within Draper9s PLM system. 2Manage the following types of deliverables: reports, synopsis of the results, analyses and assessments, software and hardware. Duties/Responsibilities 9Organize, manage, and maintain status of deliverable items across the company. 9Manage the lifecycle of program deliverables from contract award to contract close-out to meet on-time delivery metrics. 9Interface with program managers and team members on contract requirements, customer deliverables, deliverable status, and how to manage them. 9Oversee the inputting, receiving, and sending of customer deliverable data sourced from contracts, program schedules, and CDRLs/SDRLs. 9Help develop and report deliverable metrics to program and executive leadership teams on a scheduled basis 9Help create and manage processes to effectively and efficiently utilize business and PLM tools to streamline the management of deliverables. 9Maintain a data repository for submitted deliverables. 9Performs other duties as assigned. Skills/Abilities 9Strong desktop computer application skills, e.g., Microsoft Office 9Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills 9Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 9Demonstrated leadership qualities 9Familiarity with 3DX and/or COBRA Can be Hybrid or Onsite Education 9Bachelor9s degree in business administration or relevant field required. 9PMP certified preferred. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreements approved rates by location and role.
