The Role

Are you eager to provide clients with outstanding data-based solutions? In the role of a Stock Plan Data Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, comprehensive, and efficient data quality solutions for our clients' benefit programs. Your expertise will drive solution efforts through meticulous project management and fostering a highly collaborative environment. Role experiences include:

  • Supporting the implementation and ongoing servicing client lifecycle by leading a team of resources to provide timely and accurate completion of projects.

  • Coordinating with clients to identify, validate, and recommend changes to process builds that improve data quality and ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Opportunities to serve and interact across multiple product lines including Health and Welfare, Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, Stock Plan Services, and HR/Payroll.

  • Leading project delivery, including understanding and communicating requirements to project support team, proactively monitoring progress of projects and budgets, addressing issues and making course corrections as needed to ensure attainment of goals within the scope of the project.

  • Understanding analytical outcomes, prepare client friendly materials and communicate findings and next steps to internal and external partners.

  • Working closely with internal partners to compose/obtain agreement on/develop processes that deliver coordinated results where expected.

  • Building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, vendors, and internal partners.

  • Balancing constant communication while delivering on responsibilities.

  • A bachelor's degree (MBA or equivalent experience preferred)

  • Significant experience in Stock Plan administration

  • 5-8 years in project management, consulting, total benefits outsourcing administration, and/or new business implementation

  • Outstanding project management skills

  • Proven ability to manage various sized, client-facing program/project teams to successful completion.

  • Proficiency in an Equity Compensation consulting role, client management, or an administration team manager (corporate benefits, outsourcing, or consulting firm)

The base salary range for this position is $89,000-$180,000 per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
