What You'll Do:Oversee and inspect the work performed by engineering staff. Ensure that work is complete, equipment is fully functional, and client space is in prime working condition.
Review monthly service request summaries to identify and address recurrent operational problems.
Formulate and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by the client.
Review assigned work orders. Estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs. Maintain an inventory of adequate supplies and tools and order necessary materials.
Assist team with complex repairs, emergencies, and preventive maintenance.
Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.
Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.

What You'll Need:Technical Skills & Data Center Operations:- Skilled in monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting maintenance activities for UPS systems, diesel generators, ATS/STS equipment, PDUs, HVAC, CRAC/CRAH units, and power distribution infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience utilizing BMS, EPMS, DCIM, and SCADA platforms for facility monitoring, alarm response, incident management, and uptime assurance.
- Strong background in preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, remote hands support, structured cabling, change management, commissioning support, and maintaining operational excellence within high-availability data center environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
General Skills:- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
