ADB is seeking Quality Manager to drive accountability and ensure project-level deliverables that meet ADB's quality standards. This role will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes for complex, multi-disciplined projects. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead overall project quality performance across complex, multi-disciplined construction projects
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards, customer expectations, and contractual requirements
- Conduct audits, inspections, and quality reviews to identify gaps or non-conformance issues
- Partner with project management, engineering, and field operations teams to drive quality outcomes
- Provide quality guidance and support during project planning, execution, and closeout activities
- Facilitate communication between teams regarding quality expectations, findings, and resolutions
- Mentor field personnel and project teams on quality standards and best practices
- Maintain responsibility for overall project quality performance and customer satisfaction outcomes
- Provide project management teams with updates on project quality status, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Maintain organized records to support customer reviews, audits, and project closeout requirements
- Serve as an informal leader of field team members, driving quality and communicating issues to Supervisors and Construction Managers
- Drives team KPI's to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success
- Upholds ADB's safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed

WORK ENVIRONMENT:- Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions including climbing, sitting, standing, walking, and driving
- Regular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, humid and/or rainy spring, summer, and fall weather combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
- May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated
- When working on site, will be required to wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed boots
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:- 1-3+ years of technical field experience required
- 1+ years of QAQC program leadership experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel nationwide is required
This position pays between $65,000 and $110,000 base and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.
