DescriptionTeleSolv is seeking a Data and Performance Analyst to support Government real estate functions by maintaining an integrated performance management framework. The successful candidate will help ensure that operational data, performance measures, management reporting, and decision-support products provide leaders with timely, accurate, and actionable insight. The role supports performance visibility across occupancy, vacancy, utilization, tenant pipelines, onboarding milestones, agreement status, unresolved issues, customer response and resolution time, rent and revenue forecasts, billing discrepancies, data quality, process development, transition activities, and risks requiring management attention.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain an integrated performance management framework for supported Government real estate functions.
- Track occupancy, vacancy, utilization, available space pipeline, tenant prospect pipeline, tenant onboarding milestones, and occupancy agreement status.
- Monitor tenant action items, unresolved issues, customer response and resolution time, rent and revenue forecasts, and billing discrepancies.
- Support data completeness, data accuracy, process development tracking, transition of duties to Government employees, and identification of risks requiring management attention.
- Develop dashboards, performance measures, management reports, data controls, and decision-support products.
- Produce concise, exception-based management reporting that highlights issues requiring attention.
- Integrate information from multiple sources to support accurate and informed reporting.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise- Four years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or program performance.
- Experience integrating information from multiple sources.
- Ability to produce concise, exception-based management reporting.
- The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical discipline, sound reporting judgment, and the ability to create useful performance products for management review. Relevant experience includes working with dashboards, performance measures, management reports, data controls, and decision-support products.
- Candidates should be comfortable supporting performance visibility across real estate operations, including space utilization, tenant pipelines, onboarding milestones, agreement status, issue tracking, response and resolution time, rent and revenue forecasts, billing discrepancies, data completeness, data accuracy, process development, duty transition, and risk identification.
