Position Overview:

This Multifamily Advanced Insights and Reporting (MF AIR) Data Analytics Professional position is in the Multifamily Division at Freddie Mac. This role will support the Multifamily line of business in building reporting solutions that are used to help manage the business. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and follow-up skills.

MF AIR supports the multifamily line of business by developing custom-built and baseline reports and dashboards that provide advanced insights that lead to more informed decision-making.

Help the Multifamily Division better manage their business through various reporting solutions. Find ways to grow the responsibilities and opportunities for our team to continue to support Multifamily in new and evolving ways.

Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred; work towards advanced studies/degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with relational databases and reporting tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, SAS, Python, and Rapid SQL.
  • Experience with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of UNIX, VBA, and SharePoint.
  • Nice to have experience designing or contributing to semantic layers and exposure to AI chatbot technologies.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $85,000 - $127,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
