What you'll do

The Data Analytics Manager leads regional analytics delivery for Global Business Services (GBS), providing strategic insights, reporting, advanced analytics, and decision-support capabilities for global and regional stakeholders. Serving as a senior hands-on analytics expert with indirect leadership responsibility for India-based Senior Analysts, this role sets analytical standards, guides workload and priorities, and personally leads complex, high-impact initiatives that drive business performance, enable fact-based decision-making, and advance continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Lead and actively contribute to complex analytical initiatives, personally delivering high-impact insights on strategic, cross-functional, and executive-level projects.
  • Provide indirect leadership to India-based Senior Analysts supporting regional priorities, setting analytical standards, guiding work quality, supporting training, and aligning resources to business needs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and develop data-driven recommendations, translating complex data into actionable insights through effective storytelling and visualization.
  • Oversee ad-hoc analysis, custom reporting, benchmarking studies, business case development, scenario planning, and performance measurement across the broader GBS functions.
  • Lead the development of advanced analytical models for priority initiatives, identifying opportunities, trends, risks, and operational improvements while coaching analysts on approach and methodology.
  • Support category planning, sourcing strategies, supplier evaluations, RFx events, supplier negotiations, and procurement initiatives through data-driven analysis and decision support.
  • Evaluate supplier proposals, pricing structures, commercial models, and bid scenarios, supporting TCO, baseline cost modelling, should-cost analysis, optimization initiatives, and fact-based decision making.
  • Establish analytical standards, evaluation methodologies, quality controls, and data governance practices to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of analytics deliverables.
  • Lead the design and enhancement of reporting solutions, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks that support departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and data governance while delivering executive and leadership reporting through insightful metrics, performance analysis, and visualization.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement by partnering with Federated Automation and AI teams to implement low-code, no-code, AI-enabled, and advanced analytics solutions.
  • Lead initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, stakeholder experience, adoption of modern reporting and analytics technologies, and overall analytics capability maturity.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and senior analytical subject matter expert, providing recommendations and hands-on support for business challenges, sourcing activities, strategic initiatives, and executive requests.
  • Communicate risks, opportunities, and business impacts to stakeholders and leadership teams, representing the Planning & Analytics function in cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for third-party platforms and data providers leveraged by the Planning & Analytics team, managing vendor relationships, platform support requests, user guidance, and supplier deliverables to ensure outputs meet business needs.
  • Develop and deliver training, guidance materials, and ongoing support for Planning & Analytics-owned tools, applications, reporting solutions, and third-party platforms to drive adoption and user capability.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or related discipline preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, procurement analytics, or related analytical disciplines.

This position has a starting salary range of $95,800.00 to $122,100.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
