About this roleExperienced Strategic Business Analysis, Planning and Support professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise. Leads collection of industry data, conducts complex market research, analysis, evaluations and modelling. Compiles complex commercial, financial and technical information, and facilitates development of business intelligence tools and systems to monitor the progress of target business growth. Finalizes reports and prepares presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead discovery sessions with business leaders to uncover analytical opportunities and frame the right problems to solve, and how to prioritize.
- Use a combination of technical skills and tools like SQL, Python, Power BI to investigate KPI's performance drivers across sales, operations, inventory, pricing, etc.
- Identify predictive and diagnostic analytics use cases that move the business from reactive reporting to forward-looking decision-making.
- Support the strategy behind building a scalable data model that will serve as the analytical foundation for the entire aftermarket parts division.
- Translate complex findings into clear, executive-ready narratives that drive alignment and action.
- Advanced analytics solutions are built and actively influencing business decisions.
- Proactive alerts and root cause detection are surfacing before they escalate.
- Business users are engaged in analytics early in the decision-making process.
- The division has a scalable, well-architected analytical foundation it can build on for years.
- You've expanded what the business users thought was possible with data.
Required Qualifications- Bachelors degree
- 3+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence.
- 2+ years of SQL with experience handling complex datasets.
- 2+ years of experience in Power BI.
- 1+ years of Python experience for data analysis, automation, or predictive modeling.
- 1+ years of experience in building AI alerting frameworks and capabilities with AI tools.
Preferred Qualifications- Strong business acumen in finance, sales, supply chain or operations.
- Background in building scalable analytical programs a plus.
- DAX preferred.
Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other CompensationThis position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
