Full Job Description
About the Team

The Corporate Planning & Operations team builds and defines how the company plans, forecasts, and makes operational decisions across teams, turning strategy into day-to-day execution.

We sit at the center of the business and take on high-impact, often ambiguous problems that directly affect growth, efficiency, and how the business scales. That means deep-dive analysis, process re-design, and building pragmatic solutions that make the company run better.

We work closely with senior leaders, move quickly, and focus on outcomes. This is a team for people who like solving hard problems, building and iterating, and leaving things better than they found them.

The Data Analytics arm serves as the analytical and data engineering backbone for corporate planning. We build the dashboards, metrics, and tooling that power planning cycles, executive reviews, and day-to-day operational decision-making.
About the Job

We're hiring a Data Analytics, Corporate Planning & Operations to support and scale Anduril's corporate planning and operating cadence through high-quality data engineering, visualization, and quantitative analysis. In this role, you will lead the direction for translating planning and operational questions into metrics, dashboards, and analyses that inform decision-making. You will be responsible not only for producing rigorous analytical work, but also for ensuring the analytics products the team owns are reliable, well understood, and have a solid roadmap for improvement and added functionality into the future. You will also bring structure, visibility, and disciplined execution to the team. This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, thoughtful about system design, scrappy and has experience employing these skills in high visibility, heavily cross-functional environments.
What You'll Do
  • Build and iterate dashboards and analytical tools that drive recurring planning and operational reviews. Overlay quantitative analytics on data-sets and design tooling for forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Drive roadmap of new initiatives from ideation through adoption - incorporate feedback from users and evolving requirements as planning processes mature. Serve as a key thought partner to other leads across the team on data unlocks & systematic improvements that would future-proof & scale current processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with data engineering and platform teams to develop a deep understanding of company-wide data tools, taxonomies, ontologies & best practices.
  • Facilitate documentation and knowledge transfer so architecture decisions, dependencies, assumptions, and best practices remain accessible and durable.
  • Continuously improve how the team plans, tracks, and communicates its work while adapting quickly to changing business priorities.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years work experience in technical operating roles, working on user-facing processes and applications.
  • Engineering fundamentals - Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or similar background.
  • You're deeply intellectually interested in the intersection of analytics and the real, operational, business world and are motivated by Anduril's mission.
  • You're energized by business impact & a self-starter: you'd rather build an imperfect solution quickly that is used by many people than a perfect solution that collects dust.
  • Coding experience - used python, SQL, react, typescript or equivalent.
  • Data system exposure: dbt, Redshift, Looker/Tableau, Palantir Foundry.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
