Job Title: Data Analytics Consultant
Job Location: Alpharetta, GA or Irving TX (Hybrid)

Description:
AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Consultant to join our growing team.

Overview:
  • Responsible for creating data product roadmap, guidelines and architecture to drive AI implementation and adoption.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing the best solutions to drive data clarity, data lineage, and reduce data transfer.
  • Person will also need to be fluent with understanding of how AI/ML models work along with the algorithm development process.
  • Expected to help drive meaningful insights from data and help push the business forward.
  • The Data Scientist will focus on developing, automating and deriving insights from analytics and reporting tools such as Qlik and Looker (Look ML), storytelling new customer insights with UI/UX visualizations and maintaining or enhancing existing reports.
  • There will also be a need to use python or other programming languages to predict outcomes, generate NLG insights, and simplify the consumption of business-critical data.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate and partner across the Data & Analytics organization and enable stakeholders by enriching data pipelines, semantic layers, and visualization reports through careful crafting of data architecture.
  • You will need to identify and collect requirements to establish baseline data structures to support a wide variety of new and existing use cases.
    This will include journey analysis, KPI creation, cohort segmentation, automation processes and more.
  • Stitch together data from multiple channels to formulate a complete 360 view.
  • Create and deploy actionable dashboards for business owners to gauge performance and assist with omni channel optimization decisions such as CX KPIs, NPS, Revenue, Churn, Call-in Rate
  • Develop solutions to highlight insights on opportunities to reduce journey fallout, channel hops, post interaction contact rate and optimizing human interactions.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Ability to create complex SQL queries to pull data from relational and non-relational data sources like Teradata, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/BigQuery, Hadoop/HIVE SQL and EDW.
  • Data visualization skills and good experience using Looker & Qlik to develop reports
  • Experience conducting research or analysis and managing projects for multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Python and experience with big data technology implementations.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business, marketing, information systems, analytics/business intelligence, engineering, mathematics, statistics, behavioral sciences or other relevant technical discipline.
  • Eight or more years of professional work experience within analytics and dashboards
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving skills with capability and experience connecting sales/operational/channel data between multiple data sources to develop queries, analyze data and generate insights.
  • Statistical background with ML algorithms and tools such as R/Python/Spark, Deep Learning techniques or other advanced analytics tools.
  • Any prior exposure to AI/Machine Learning and some high-level understanding of ML models or data science model metrics to generate insights

Education Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
