Whatre we building?

As part of the VIP team, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to enable evidence-based decision-making within the VIP Team across verticals. This role requires the individual to have strong analytical and technical skills combined with an understanding of business processes and technologies.

The VIP Data Analyst will be accountable for the development of analytical strategy that leads to actionable insights to test and measure the impact of various marketing tactics. You will work collaboratively with VIP leaders and fellow analytics partners to make recommendations on priorities and help uncover potential areas of revenue opportunity and cost savings efficiency.

Responsibilities for the role:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to provide key insights that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Design, build, and maintain reports, visualizations and dashboards.
  • Monitor performance of current processes and identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop, implement and maintain data models, data warehouses for business intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practice


What are we looking for?

In this team we need people who understand the gaming business including and not limited to casinos, iGaming, sports betting and more. To be successful in this team, you will:

  • Have experience building Tableau dashboards
  • Have experience working with Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud/Marketing Cloud)
  • Be curious, creative, methodical and logical in your work
  • Have an expert level understanding of probability and statistics
  • Be comfortable writing code to source data, possess the ability to manipulate it and determine what is most important
  • Create compelling visualizations and presentations to tell a story
  • Possess strong Excel and excellent SQL skills.
