Job Description:POSITION SUMMARY- Profile, analyze, and remediate data quality issues across master data domains through root cause analysis, cleansing, standardization, and reconciliation.
- Define, implement, and monitor data quality rules, validations, and controls to improve data integrity and governance.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and coding assistants to accelerate analysis, generate SQL, document findings, and explore enterprise data.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Revenue Cycle, Clinical teams, and Domain Stewards to investigate issues and drive data remediation initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into actionable data quality standards, test cases, business rules, and stakeholder-friendly documentation.
- Build and maintain data quality dashboards, scorecards, and reporting in Power BI, Databricks, and Excel while tracking issue resolution and escalating systemic risks.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in data quality, data profiling, or healthcare analytics; Bachelor's in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field preferred
- Strong SQL for querying, profiling, and root cause work; advanced Excel proficiency
- Demonstrated daily use of modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalent) as a working analytical method, not awareness, actual use
- Familiarity with healthcare data (clinical workflows, revenue cycle, provider credentialing, operational workflows) or strong, demonstrable willingness to learn quickly
- Demonstration of clear communication and comfort operating in ambiguity

COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
