Full Job Description
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $117,600.00 - $176,400.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Our Data Analyst Leads have team responsibility and provide direction to ensure delivery of a cohesive solution that aligns with the business vision. As a Data Analyst Lead, you will own the data delivery for the assigned ART and achieve this objective by working closely with the Data Analysts, Scrum Teams, and other Data Product Owners to ensure a complete solution is delivered to the business.

What will you do?
  • Management of Data Analyst resources in the Titan program. This will include internal Schneider resources as well as contractor data analysts within an ART or across multiple ARTs.
  • Responsible for the planning of data analyst resource requirements to ensure a flexible, trained team to support data migration requirements of the program
  • Recruit, onboard and monitor training completion for new data analysts.
  • Improve data analyst training resources and curriculum. Create opportunities for cross training and expanding analyst's knowledge beyond a single domain
  • Review and approve contractor profiles, on-board resources & train
  • Conduct contractor effectiveness assessments to ensure quality of outputs for contracted resources.
