Data Analyst III for a hybrid opportunity in Columbia, SC. Candidate will support operational and strategic initiatives through advanced data analysis, reporting development, and process improvement activities. Candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate reporting insights that support business performance and operational decision-making.

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data analysis environments.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong experience with SQL, DB2, relational databases, and report development tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and ensure reporting accuracy and integrity.
- Experience with data modeling, process mapping, and technical requirements analysis.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train and support users on reporting systems and analytical tools.
- Experience developing automated reporting solutions using macros, Visual Basic, or similar tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills/Experience of the Data Analyst III:- Experience with SAS or other statistical analysis software.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, systems, or coding structures.
- Programming or scripting experience to support reporting automation.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and support process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities for the Data Analyst III:- Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports to support operational and business performance initiatives.
- Analyze and validate data to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting metrics and analytical outputs.
- Design, code, and maintain database queries and automated reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and improve reporting methodologies.
- Provide training and guidance to users on reporting tools, systems, and analytical processes.
- Support operational and financial decision-making through trend analysis, reporting insights, and performance tracking.
Work Location: Hybrid or onsite professional office environment with occasional travel between business locations as needed.
