About the Role

Operations Analytics at Hinge Health supports all teams under the department's umbrella. Stakeholders span product managers of our internal electronic medical record system, clinical leadership (physical therapists, health coaches, NPs, MDs), workforce management, support teams, and business operations. As a Data Analyst, you'll be working directly with our clinical leadership team to improve day-to-day decision-making through actionable reporting and data insights. You will be a highly-visible, trusted partner for our operations leaders working on problems that haven't been solved before at this scale in the digital health space.

What You'll Accomplish
  • Partner with operations leaders to identify data visibility gaps and opportunities
  • Build scalable reporting that measures team performance and SLA-adherence in real time
  • Conduct root cause analyses and deep dives to understand drivers of operational inefficiencies
  • Advance the maturity of the team and organization through data modeling, development of best practices and frameworks, and leveraging AI capabilities for stakeholder self-service
Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a data analyst, product analyst, analytics engineer, data scientist
  • Strong SQL skills, BI-tool mastery
  • Strong data visualization and communication skills with the ability to synthesize and tailor complex insights to manager-level stakeholders
  • A high attention to detail and the ability to QA data at a glance or in depth
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science or related technical degree


Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work autonomously and with minimal guidance
  • Ability to work directly with stakeholders to deeply understand problems and brainstorm solutions
  • Skilled at navigating vague and ambiguous problem statements
  • Can self-manage projects with many moving parts, taking ownership of project outcomes and delivering measurable business impact
