Full Job Description
The Opportunity

Reporting to the AVP, Data & Reporting, the Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining current dashboards and assisting the development of new dashboards, charts, and visual aids to analyze data and enable decision making. This includes data profiling and analysis, data cleansing and quality review, and the development of ETL packages for Data transformation, where required.

This position offers a hybrid work environment, with a primary corporate office in Cambridge and access to a satellite office in Toronto.

The Role

As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Maintain and enhance existing dashboards, charts, and visualizations to support operational and strategic decision making
  • Assist in preparing and delivering recurring reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual) for internal and external business partners
  • Analyze data to answer business questions and identify insights that support understanding of performance drivers
  • Support the design, development, and monitoring of data pipelines, transformations, and data models, including ETL packages for data integration
  • Contribute to data quality activities, including data profiling, cleansing, validation, and ongoing quality reviews
  • Develop and maintain documentation and templates such as data dictionaries, data catalogues, and report documentation
  • Support data literacy initiatives by working with team members and business users to improve understanding and use of data and reporting tools


Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, statistics, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience
  • 1+ years experience working with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
  • Foundational knowledge of data modelling concepts, data transformations, and ETL processes
  • Experience analyzing datasets to identify trends, issues, and insights relevant to business performance
  • Strong attention to data quality, documentation, and adherence to data development standards
  • Ability to clearly communicate data findings and insights to technical and non-technical audiences

Salary Range

The expected base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000.

The actual salary will be determined based on factors including but not limited to, market conditions, relevant experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, qualifications, and education.

Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs to earn additional compensation. Incentive compensation is tied to established business and individual performance targets.
