Full Job Description
As a Data Analyst, Marketing, you will serve as a key contributor to the data-driven transformation of our marketing efforts. You are responsible for analyzing performance data to identify trends that drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and improve website performance. By creating real-time dashboards and comprehensive ROI reports, you will enable stakeholders to make informed, strategic decisions. The role bridges the gap between technical data sets and actionable business narratives. You will collaborate across technology and marketing teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends and opportunities to drive MQL growth.
• Contribute to the implementation of data-driven marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives.
• Develop and execute learning plans focused on the systemic improvement of website performance.
• Design and maintain automated dashboards to provide real-time performance insights to stakeholders.
• Generate comprehensive reports evaluating market performance and ROI for leadership.
• Translate complex data sets into cohesive narratives that inform both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with technology teams to audit and ensure the accuracy and accessibility of marketing data.
• Lead weekly performance review meetings to track campaign health and alignment.
Candidate Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Analysis or a quantitative discipline, or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience: 3 or more years of experience in data analytics or digital marketing analytics is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python or R and experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Base Pay Range $70,700 - $92,000/ year
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
